The house is in a row of nine townhouses and is located high up in Nerja. You can easily get down to the center or to the beautiful Burriana beach by bus, car or a walk of about 30 minutes. There is plenty of parking on the street outside the house. The bus stops about 50 meters from the house.

The townhouse is in two floors. Upstairs are two spacious double bedrooms. Two bathrooms. One with bath, toilet and sink and the other with a shower, toilet and sink. On the lower floor is a well equipped kitchen with table and chairs, livingroom with sofa and TV, as well as the house third toilet. The livingroom takes you out to the big and lovely furnished terrace.

AC is installed in the livingroom and in the master bedroom. A washingmachine is installed in the kitchen.

TV and internet is available. So even baby cot and baby chair, towels and linens.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.
